Youthful Assailant Gets Life Behind Bars Punishment with Lowest Sixteen-Year Period
An fifteen-year-old boy has been punished to life incarceration with a lowest term of 16 years for the homicide of another pupil the deceased during a midday recess.

CCTV from the date of the stabbing revealed the perpetrator coming near Harvey in the courtyard soon after noon.
Witnesses described a situation of "disorder", with people "fleeing, screaming all around" during the brutal event.
Court Proceedings
During the court case, the defendant stated he had not intended to cause death to the deceased or cause him grave injury, claiming he could not recollect what had transpired.
The prosecution argued that he had "desired to prove he was hard" and "knew exactly what he was carrying out".
"You acted as the aggressor and... you acted in pain and rage at what you regarded to be his treachery of your relationship," pronounced the court official during sentencing.
Aftermath
The school issued a message stating that the student was "deeply missed every daytime by the whole school community".
Law enforcement highlighted the devastating consequences of bearing knives, noting that a "momentary choice" can forever change various existences.
